NAG Home of New Hopes

Tomorrow Coretta will be participating in the charity sponsor run at her school.  The money raised will go directly to  the Nawa Asha Griha (NAG)  which is a school for street children in Kathmandu, Nepal and another portion will be used for cancer research in Switzerland.  The website to the Nepal school is www.nagnepal.org.

In honor of both cancer survivors and those whose lives were cut short due to this disease, each class has a dedication board where they can list their loved ones and run in honor of them. Coretta will be running in honor of her Great Grandmother Lucca and Grandmother Earnest who have both survived breast cancer, her Grandfather Earnest who is a lymphoma survivor, her Grandpa Tom who is a tongue cancer survivor, and her Great Grandmother Alice Earnest who died of colon cancer.
