The leaves are just starting to change color here, and we have been told that fall is absolutely beautiful here. Yesterday it rained most of the day. Usually when it does this, it is clear the next day. So clear the mountains are crisp and in view.
Today I took some pictures from the patio. I must never take this beauty for granted. It is what has endeared me to this beautiful land that I now call my home and what I will miss most when I leave.
As Henry David Thoreau states, "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined." I feel my family is doing exactly that here in Switzerland. We are living life, not just living.
