For Nick's birthday Coretta, Geno, Charlie, and I bought him a book on how to brew beer, six northern brewer mugs, and a $100.00 gift certificate to buy a starter kit. One thing he has learned is that the key to making a good beer is sanitation, which he has asked for my assistance. Because brewing beer is essentially a science experiment, Coretta and I will also be dabbling in Nick's new found hobby! Soon as he makes his first batch, he plans to have a beer tasting party. We'll keep you posted!
